We accept returns on items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable
- Custom or personalised orders
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange items where stock is available. Please contact our team to discuss your exchange request before returning any items.
Refund Process

Refund Timeframe
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
